This system, which realizes the measurement and analysis of oxygenates and
aromatic hydrocarbons in gasoline, could meet the requirements of ASTM D4815,
ASTM D5580, UOP-960, SH/T0663 and SH/T0693 test method. The installment of
inert pipelines and joints in full flow could help reduce adsorption and improve peak
symmetry to analyze trace amount of oxygenates.
Features of Analyzer:
- Full inert-treatment flow path to effectively reduce adsorption.
- could be used for the analysis of trace amount of oxygenates.
- good peak symmetry.
- FID detector can be upgraded to oxyFID detector with higher sensitivity and
accuracy.
Instrument configurations:
One valve and two columns (micro-packed column and capillary column) / FID / liquid autosampler
Compliance with Test Method Standard:
ASTM D4815, ASTM D5580, UOP-960, SH/T0663, SH/T0693
Note: the system can be equipped to SHIMADZU and AGILENT host system
Sample:
gasoline sample or similar component sample
Target compounds:
- Oxygenates in gasoline: methanol, ethanol, Iso-propanol, tert-butanol, n-propanol, MTBE, sec-butanol, DIPE, iso
butanol, tert-pentanol, DME, n-butanol and TAME - BTEX in gasoline:benzene, Toluene, C8 aromatics, C9 and heavy aromatics
Detection sensitivity:
- oxygenates in gasoline: 5ppm~1000ppm or 0.1%~20%;
- BTEX in gasoline: Benzene: 0.1 ~ 5%; Toluene:1 ~ 15%; C8 aromatics :0.5 ~ 10%; C9 and heavy aromatics:5 ~
